Motivation gets you to training. Discipline gets you back there even when motivation is watching Netflix.
Our training
Can I do that?
You set your own limits. If an exercise seems too difficult, perform it only as far as you can manage. With regular practice, it will become easier over time.
What should I bring?
Please bring a water bottle and a small towel. If you have a jo or a bokken, please bring that as well.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing such as jogging pants, leggings, T-shirts or tank tops, and light sports shoes.
When does the training take place?
Training takes place on Saturdays from 11 am to 12 pm.
