Reconnect. Breath. Feel.

- Greater emotional stability
- Improved concentration and cognitive performance
- Mental alertness
Budo-Bodywork

Imagine moving through your day with calm, clarity and strength. Your body feels stable and alive, your mind alert and focused. With every exercise, you develop greater body awareness, breathing, centring and energy. Gentle, flowing movements meet clarity, structure and concentration. In this way, training becomes more than just a physical practice; it becomes a path to finding calm, strength and harmony within yourself.
— What I offer
I combine mindful movement, meditation and healthy eating into a holistic approach to achieving greater balance, strength and quality of life. Body and mind always work together – which is why lasting well-being does not come from individual methods, but from the harmonious interplay of movement, rest and a mindful lifestyle.
The focus is not on pressure to perform, but on your own body awareness, inner clarity and a natural approach to health. Whether through Tai Chi, meditation or mindful eating: the aim is to strengthen the whole person and bring more calm, stability and energy into everyday life.

— New Students !
This you will learn
We’ll start by practising correct, deep breathing, standing upright and maintaining good posture. These exercises are drawn from Zen, Shiatsu, Karate and Aikido. We learn meditative, slow movements and sequences that both relax us and improve our physical fitness.
Here are a few tips for your first class:
- All beginning students who are new to the group get the basics explained during training.
- Bring a water bottle and small hand towel. If you have a Jo or a Bokken, please bring it.
- Come 5–10 minutes early for your classes, so you can take your time to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes such as sweats, leggings, T-shirts, tank tops. Choose sleek athletic shoes.
- You set your own limits. If an exercise seems too difficult, do it as far as you can. With more practice, you will be able to do it.
